The people here made the stay for me. Guney was great, taking care of everyone's needs and making sure we were comfortable, even though our group was difficult. We all left happy and had become friends with him by then. In the mornings, the cats in the entrance lobby were a lovely sight for a cat lover like me. They looked happy and comfortable, as cats often do in Turkey, which says something about the locals' kindness. I stayed two nights and would have happily stayed for the whole trip. The hotel has a cozy, home-like entrance, and the rooms are clean with a faint fresh smell. Bathrooms were spotless. Breakfast was freshly made and served hot. They cook delicious gozleme, a thin bread with cheese, right in front of you, which alone would bring me back. The breakfast selection isn't huge and there's no non-dairy coffee creamer. I don't mind repeating the same food, though, and I was only there a few days, so I don't know how often they rotate the options. No complaints from me. It's comfortable and easygoing, and I'd absolutely stay again on another trip to Capadocia. Highly recommend.

We arrived very late, but the staff still welcomed us warmly and explained the hotel and things to do around Cappadocia. The facilities are lovely, the beds comfortable, and breakfast delicious. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and the location is very convenient. Everything about the hotel was wonderful. If I come back to Turkey, I'll stay here again. Thank you for everything!

The room was quiet enough for good sleep on both nights. At first I worried a whining sound from the neighboring restaurant's AC would keep me awake, but it switched off by late evening. I'd recommend this hotel for its convenient location, facilities, breakfasts, and very friendly English-speaking staff, especially Kamal the cook.

Booking.com customer service couldn't offer concrete help when we contacted them, so we were left to handle the problem ourselves. The hotel eventually refunded us for the unused nights, but only after a lot of hassle. The whole episode left us with a very negative impression and ruined our visit to Goreme. I wouldn't recommend this property to families or anyone expecting professionalism, respect, and good hospitality. Our arrival was already stressful: the hotel had made an error about the extra amount needed to upgrade the room. The manager admitted the mistake, but my family, including three children, still waited nearly an hour and a half to get the room. Soon after we settled in, the receptionist told us the manager no longer wanted us there and that we'd have to leave at 11 a.m. the following day. The receptionist said this decision wasn't even about the children, which makes the later “noise” explanation questionable, especially since we'd only been in the room for a few minutes. The manager was rude and unprofessional, and the situation caused us significant stress.
