So comfortable.

We were 17 winter athletes staying for four nights, and we were very unhappy with the experience. We trusted the 4-star rating, but this hotel didn’t live up to those stars. There were too few staff, service was poor, hygiene was bad, and everything in the hotel seemed old. Things fell apart when touched, and the toilets constantly smelled of food cooking in the kitchen. The breakfast was called rich, but they just cut cucumber, cheddar cheese, white cheese, eggs, and potatoes in 3-4 different ways and called that variety. The packaged bread seemed old. We tried hard to eat the classic white loaf but couldn’t manage it. The fries and pastries were rubbery and impossible to eat. There were 5-6 groups at the hotel at the same time, but the restaurant treated people very differently. When we came down for breakfast, there was nowhere for us to sit. One group had reserved a special area and was trying to make our children sit out on the cold balcony. The employee seemed focused only on looking after that group, as long as they were happy, while everyone else was ignored. There are serious management problems. Only Ms. Tuğba seemed to be trying to do something, but it wasn’t nearly enough. We offered solutions in good faith despite all these issues, and nothing changed. I don’t recommend it at all.
