The rooms are spacious and clean, and it feels like a full price-performance hotel. There are superior rooms and Jacuzzi rooms, both very large and spacious. During our stay, the staff were very friendly and the service quality was very good. I think it has five-star hotel status. I recommend it to everyone 😊

The traditional hammam is a must. Yavuz Bey gave me an amazing massage and even cut my hair. The service throughout my stay was unlike anything I’ve had in all the hotels I’ve visited. Every staff member went out of their way to make my time in beautiful tokat unforgettable. Special mention to manager Hüsamettin, who I’m proud to call a friend now. Can’t wait for my next visit. 🙂

The location made it easy to explore one of the most picturesque towns in Turkiye, with museums, historic sites, and shopping nearby. The staff were gracious, friendly, and very helpful, and the wifi was fast. Breakfast/kahvalti was delicious and generous. Rooms were large, spacious, and well designed, with an excellent bed and plenty of workspace. The bathrooms were very large, with a great shower and towels, soap, shampoo, etc. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, exceptional in all regards.

We had a great stay as a family. The breakfast was really tasty, and eating in the top-floor restaurant gave us a great view of Tokat. The chef, Ayşe, provided excellent service. Damla at the check-in desk was welcoming and efficient, and manager Huşamettin was really friendly. The location is perfect, the staff are friendly, the rooms are really nice and clean, and the facilities are excellent. A big thank you from cycling family.

It’s easy to find, with markets and restaurants all around. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Housekeeping is also worth mentioning for its quality and efficiency.
