The location worked really well for us, and the building has so much character. Staying there felt like a little trip into the past, not a standard hotel visit. My room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. I really enjoyed my stay at the Silk Road Museum Hotel in Tokat.

We had a wonderful visit as a family and would recommend it to all kinds of visitors. The Silk Road concept was great, and the hotel sits in the historical district. Our spacious room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, served in a remarkable courtyard with a fountain. They often have live music in the restaurant, too. The hotel is beautifully designed and right in the heart of Tokat's old town. My room was very clean, with a lovely bathroom and a coffee maker. The staff and management were polite, welcoming, and very helpful. Special thanks to Ceyda for her professionalism, language and communication skills, and kindness.

We were lucky to hear live music all night, with an incredibly talented kanun player. The food and service were fantastic, and the beautifully restored caravanserai and its rooms are full of historical details. Visiting made us feel like royalty. Highly recommended!
