Armagan Otel

We stayed with family at Armağan Apart Hotel in July 2024 and left pleased. The pool stood out for its size and cleanliness, and the location worked well for getting around. It's on the Torba-Yalıkavak main road, with markets, restaurants, and a mosque 150-200 meters away, while Bodrum center is a 10-minute drive. There are plenty of places you can reach easily. Our room was clean and roomy enough. A few things could be replaced, like the shower head, single bed, and kitchenware. The staff were helpful throughout and sorted out any issues quickly. It's good value for money, and I'd definitely recommend it. Thanks to all the staff for their help.

The room looked good, with nice curtains and white walls, but the stay was frustrating. I asked for a double bed and got two separate beds. I pushed them together, but kept sliding into the gap, which was uncomfortable. Being a man on my own shouldn't mean getting the worst room. The bed also blocked half the toilet door. The room door didn't shut fully, letting in light, wind, dust, and noise. In the bathroom the shower-head holder was broken, and the hose leaked, wasting water before it reached me. There was hot water, which was a plus, but the flow was weak. The air conditioner had no fan-only setting; its noisy blowing was a relief to turn off, but the room was unbearably hot, and switching it back on made sleep impossible. We paid 1300 a night in July 2023 for a room that barely kept us from being homeless. Thanks a lot.

For the price, it's a decent place, with parking and a spot away from the busy city center. Torba is the best place to live in Bodrum and the surrounding area. The location is convenient, right on the main road and near everything: Migros, OPET, a community clinic, and a pharmacy are all within a five-minute walk, and it's close to the bus station. Bodrum is a 10-minute drive away. The room cleaning and furnishings could be better, and the furniture is very old. The beds were fine, the sheets clean, and the bidet pool clean.
