The front desk ladies and some restaurant staff were the exceptions, but the rest of the experience didn't match how the hotel presents itself. I booked for my birthday and regretted the choice. My room was beside a cleaning closet, dimly lit, and had a poorly kept, dirty patio with no privacy. When I opened the curtains or stepped outside, I could see into the room opposite. During my five nights, housekeeping came once and only moved the bathroom mat. The beds weren't made and no clean towels were left. A few times I returned to find staff sitting at my door on their breaks, which made me feel unsafe. Communication with staff was difficult, even ordering water became a struggle. Breakfast was the worst part: just a few kinds of bread, no juice, deli items, or dairy, and I didn't want salad at 9 in the morning. I bought breakfast food at a nearby small market instead. Some hotel areas are cute, but the spaces are poorly used and maintained. The area itself is pleasant, though there isn't much to do besides the beach. The city center is about 15 minutes away by taxi or dolmus. I wouldn't recommend staying here or come back.
