The hotel is right across from the airport, which made the location incredibly convenient. Mr. Shahan, the owner, and Ahmed at reception were both very helpful and did more than they needed to. Their kindness, professionalism, and hospitality really stood out. I had a great experience and highly recommend it.

The hotel owner made my time in Trabzon really great with his kindness and genuine care. He went out of his way to help, including with connections for renting a car and booking a bus ticket to neighboring countries. I’m truly grateful for his assistance, and I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

The rooms are poorly kept, and traffic noise makes them terribly loud. Even rooms away from the street have awful sound insulation. The staff were quite friendly, but staying here was no pleasure. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff are kind and friendly, and the location is close to the vital areas, right behind Trabzon airport. There’s a great sea view. I’d say the hotel is three stars at most.
