The apartment is spacious and clean, which was the one good thing. But there wasn't a proper entrance or reception in the building, and the staff were neither welcoming nor polite. No one responsible was there, and there was no housekeeping, room service, laundry, or anything else. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no spoons, knives, glasses, or other cooking utensils. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

An economy-class place, very close to the center and clean and tidy.

The name sounds luxurious, but the stay is coal.
