There are auto repair shops and other industrial businesses downstairs, with offices on the upper floors. Who'd want to live in a place like that?

The owner was so kind and helpful, it really stayed with me. The apartment itself worked perfectly for me: four bedrooms, a roomy living area, three bathrooms, and a big kitchen with everything from a pressure cooker to a washing machine and sink. A101 BlM is nearby. Coming from Trabzon, you'll pass a butcher shop about five to eight minutes before the apartment, by the traffic light. There's a police station opposite.

I wouldn't recommend staying in an apartment in an abandoned building. It's too far from services.

The apartments are roomy and worth the money. They're quite far from the center, though, so having a car makes a difference.

A lovely, spacious apartment, with good service too.
