Cevaher Hotel & Suites

The staff are friendly, helpful, and have a good attitude. The rooms are large and work well for families, and they clean whenever you want, as long as you let them know. The price is cheaper compared with other places. Breakfast is the same each day and could use some new options. The bathrooms need updating and maintenance, particularly the shower and leaking toilet water pump. The windows also need attention because they don't close properly.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel, and I regret booking it. The breakfast was awful, with very few choices. The room was dirty, the sheets looked used, and the bathroom was in poor shape. Customer service was terrible, too: staff were unhelpful and unprofessional, and sometimes rude. I reported several times that the air conditioning wasn't working properly, but nobody did anything. The whole stay was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I hope this helps someone avoid the same experience.

The staff were welcoming and quick to help with questions, and I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and comfortable bed after long days out. My room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is in a fantastic central spot, so restaurants, shops, and the main attractions were easy to reach on foot. A solid choice if you're visiting Trabzon and want to be close to everything.

A very nice hotel, but they need to check and replace the used bottles.
