I stayed for seven nights and had a great time. The staff were especially amazing and helpful, particularly Fatah and Hakan. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Trabzon, and I'll come back whenever I get the chance.

I was heading to Hopa the next day, and Prenskale has an office at the bottom of the hill, so I didn't need to go to the bus station. After arriving late at the nearby airport, I walked uphill to get away from the highway and found this hotel still open. They offered me a fair rate, lower than online, with breakfast included. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, though the bathroom was small. I liked the Turkish breakfast. The call to prayer woke me up, but that's likely an issue anywhere in Trabzon.

It's close to the airport, but the rooms and bathroom are really small. Breakfast was meager, with small portions, and wasn't a Turkish breakfast. The price was much too high for what you get.

The location was okay, but parking was a bit awkward. The bathroom looked somewhat old, and our room wasn't cleaned until we asked. When they did clean it, they missed the bathroom.

Hakan checked us in when we arrived at 9 a.m. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the cleaning was perfect. Everything was great. Highly recommended.
