Ferah Suites

The staff were kind and helpful, but the difference between the advertised facilities and what we found was appalling. We booked the so-called "suite" 500 for three nights for two adults and three children. After staying in suites in many places, including busy tourist destinations like Antalya, this was the worst accommodation we’d encountered in a very long time. Calling it a suite is an insult to a basic room. The bathroom was a serious problem. The shower floor wasn’t level, was slippery, and collected water, so it felt dangerous to step into. There was black mold in the shower, too, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut unless locked because the hinge side was unfinished. In the kitchen, the stove didn’t work, there was no paper roll, and we had no cutlery or plates. Instead of a proper fridge, there was a small leaking mini-bar. We found no chairs indoors, only two filthy outdoor chairs, and the outdoor table was broken and unsanitary. There was no indoor dining table. Getting to the suite meant riding the elevator to the 4th floor, then climbing an extremely narrow staircase. Of the four hangers, two were broken, one worked, and the other looked like it came from the owner's personnel wardrobe. The entrance motion light didn’t work because its bulbs were missing, despite the sensor being on. On the stairs, another motion light flickered every few seconds and seemed more sensitive to sound than movement. The lighting inside was so dim it felt like camping lights. There was no safe either. It seems the owner has converted an attic haphazardly and is using the suite label to exploit tourists. This felt like a complete rip-off. Stay somewhere else.
