I stayed for twenty days, and they never cleaned the room. The bed was broken, there weren’t enough lamps, and the toilet didn’t work. They didn’t even provide shampoo or detergent. It felt like all they cared about was money, money, money. Don’t waste your time in this dirty place.

We had two kids with us, and everyone was kind and helpful. Everything was perfect, and I’d recommend this place to anyone.

They canceled my booking on the very last day, even though I’d reserved the room two weeks in advance.

The apartment was in a peaceful spot near the city center, with tourist attractions and transport easy to reach. Inside, we had everything we needed, including kitchenware, clean towels, and linens. The room was spotless, and the beds were so comfortable we slept really well. The owner clearly cares about guests and made us feel at home. We had a memorable stay in Trabzon and would be happy to come back. Thanks for the hospitality and good service!
