The staff made the stay easy, especially Ismail, who was attentive, supportive, and spoke excellent English. The room service was quick, and the rooms looked great and felt comfortable. The hotel was accommodating, and it was a good stay overall. The main drawback is the location: it's near the airport but far from the city center, so without a car you'll need to pay for taxis. There were also large stains on the room carpet, and construction or cleaning in the morning was distracting.

We had a comfortable, cozy room, and the hotel felt high quality for a very reasonable price. The staff and the person in charge were always helpful and ready to assist, which made the stay more enjoyable. We had a really good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service at a fair price.

Musaab and Yamen were especially friendly and helpful, and the rest of the staff were great too. Kaya home otel is close to both the airport and the city centre. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I highly recommend it.

Ismail and Yaman at reception were so helpful, and a special mention to manager Mousab as well. The room service was perfect, and the rooms were clean and tidy. They made my stay really comfortable.
