A peaceful hotel up the hill in a rather isolated spot. Reception staff are very helpful, especially Mohammed. It's about a 10-minute taxi ride to downtown. The restaurant is nothing fancy, but the view is great.

The food was outstanding, from breakfast through dinner, with fresh, delicious meals and lovely presentation. The suites were spacious, elegant, and spotless, and all the little details felt thoughtfully done. Staff were warm and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The location was breathtaking, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, with a good base for relaxing or exploring. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I never wanted to leave and can't wait to return.

The view was beautiful and the staff were nice. Breakfast was the one letdown: there weren't many choices, some vegetables weren't fresh, and machine coffee cost extra. It wasn't bad, but compared with other hotels it could be better. Still, it was a great experience.

The food was enjoyable, and the staff were welcoming, especially a lady called shifa. The hotel sits on a scenic mountainside and feels like a peaceful break from the city, but you really need a car to get there since walking or public transport isn't convenient. Rooms are generally comfortable, though nearby coastal construction blocks the sea view from some of them. Tissue boxes, toothbrushes, and toothpaste aren't supplied unless you ask. Our bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay less comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming and ready to help, and the service was very good. The hotel was clean and decent, but there were some problems with the room and its location. The air conditioner made noise now and then, and there was another sound near the bed, as if it came from the bed itself. Bathroom lighting was dim and yellow, making it hard to see clearly in the mirror. There weren't any other mirrors in the room. The hotel is high up, so walking there is exhausting. It's also quite far from the Trabzon market, the main square, and a taxi to the nearest market costs around 500 Turkish Lira, approximately 12 USD. There are no supermarkets or shops nearby. The hotel restaurant was good, but not the best. There is a sea view, but the beach is being renovated, with lots of workers there, so it's not suitable for swimming right now.
