Seatown Residence

The location is excellent, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful experience, especially thanks to Mr. Haider at reception. He was respectful and cheerful, and helped us a lot. May God bless him for making us happy. God willing, we’ll come back 🤍

In Trabzon, this is a beautiful hotel with excellent reception and services, thank God. Mr. Haider was especially attentive to all the guests, knew his work well, and took care of what guests needed. Respect and appreciation to him and the staff.

The services are affordable, and the staff are lovely and always smiling. Excellent hotel.

The room cleaning was poor: the mattress had hair all over it, and the empty water bottle was still where I’d left it. The AC was also terrible, switching off while I slept and waking me with the heat, so I had to turn it back on. That happened three times on the first night, I swear to God. The worst part was finding out on arrival that my suite had been rented to someone else, even though I’d booked and paid two months ahead. My flight was delayed by a few hours, and they assumed I wouldn’t come, then rented it out anyway. This is my honest experience, and I won’t stay again.
