Ahmed from Syria was especially kind, polite, and helpful, and the service was excellent. The flats were clean and affordable, so I highly recommend them.

The apartment had a washing machine, two bedrooms, and a kitchen joined to the living room, but nobody helped us with our luggage during the three nights I rented it. When we switched to another apartment in the same building, luggage help was still missing, the elevators felt cramped, and from the top floor you could hear bathroom noise inside the ceiling. The extractor fan didn't work, and the bathroom sink was so unstable it felt like it might fall on you if you weren't careful. They also refused to provide a drying rack when I asked, and said they had no iron when we requested one, as though they hadn't even noticed us. We moved somewhere else after that, and the difference was huge. The staff there replied right away on WhatsApp and were very helpful. Before I had even managed to give them my name, they were carrying my luggage into the apartment ahead of me. That place had everything I needed.

We'd stayed here twice before and had noticed small problems with hygiene and missing kitchen supplies, but we hadn't complained. On our third visit in May 2025, the first apartment was very dirty. The kitchen cupboards, even inside, were greasy and stained, with trash around, and the bedroom sheets and mattress had hair and lint all over them. They moved us the next day to a much cleaner, more spacious apartment, but it had no kitchen or countertop. The technician they said would come never arrived during our 13 days there, so we couldn't use a kitchen at all. After more delays they offered a third apartment, but changing places three times in such a short stay wasn't possible. Their idea of service seemed to be dropping off a vacuum cleaner two days later. We had loved staying at this apart-hotel, but that visit became our last. Rather than address the disruption with a discount, the polite company employees took us to court after we didn't pay the final three days' fees. We couldn't understand their view that the professionals might not be coming. It's sad.

I stayed in room 750 on the fourth floor. The view was lovely, but the air conditioner was loud and dripped water onto the balcony. One bedroom had no AC, and the ceiling in the other leaked the whole time. They knew about the leak after we contacted them, but I don't know if they were waiting for the ceiling to collapse on someone, God forbid. The beds were uncomfortable, and there were insects on the walls. I asked about cleaning and was told staff only come from 10 AM to 12 PM. I came to relax and leave, so being tied to a two-hour window didn't work for me. They should be more flexible. Also check the check-in and check-out hours carefully. I booked through a travel agency, and they made things difficult over the times without telling me in advance.
