Restaurants and markets are nearby, and the location is close to the city center. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it felt like home. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. Our 1-bedroom apartment had a lounge with 2 sofa beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It was equipped with everything we needed, including an electric stove, dishwasher, washing machine, shattaf (handheld bidet sprayer), and even a steam iron. Mr. Ahmed at reception was warm and professional throughout our stay. I highly recommend it for the quality, comfort, and convenience.

Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essentials were just a few steps away, which made it easy to get groceries, find dinner, or take a walk without a long trip or searching around. Tray Trabzon was clean and had spacious rooms, and the staff were friendly and professional. Everything was well-organized, the service stayed excellent, and the welcoming atmosphere made our family trip really enjoyable. The owner, Mr. Abdulkadir, and his family were warmly hospitable. Mohammad (Abu Riyadh) also made the reservation easy to handle, with clear, effortless communication from our first call. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Tray Trabzon for families or anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located place. We're already looking forward to returning.

Mr. Abdelgadir was so kind and helpful, and made our baby feel welcome 😂. The staff were all welcoming and incredibly helpful too. It felt like home, very clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed. One of the kindest and most comfortable hotels we've stayed in, and perfect for families. Highly recommended!

Ahmad Bey and his brother are two lovely young men, and the manager is young and personable. My family and I stayed at this beautiful, very clean hotel almost 4 months ago and really enjoyed the trip. The staff were polite and well-behaved, and it felt like home. Greetings to them all.
