The location worked well for us, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Breakfast was an open buffet, simple but tasty, and the staff were all friendly, most of them speaking English. Our room was clean and well furnished. The highway traffic was noisy, though, but I guess it had to be that way to have the nice sea view. Huge thank you!

The room was spacious and very clean, and breakfast was so tasty. The staff were amazing, exceptionally welcoming, professional, friendly, respectful, polite, and helpful. I highly recommend TS Gold Otel.

For a 3-star hotel, this was great. The breakfast was modest but acceptable. The view, hot shower water, brightness, air conditioning, hall, and receptionists' service were all really excellent. The receptionists spoke English, and the Wi-Fi was good.

We were able to get a PCR test at the hotel, which saved time, and the Trabzon tours they organized were reasonable in price. Fatih was especially helpful and spoke English well. Breakfast was good, and it's about an 8-minute walk to Sehir Merkezi, the city center, near Meydan. Definitely worth the money.

It's good value for money, and the staff are friendly and nice. I had no problems during my stay, and even though they know only a little English, they were really helpful and great. The downside is that no public transportation goes past the hotel, so you have to walk 10-15 minutes to the central square.
