Sianji Wellbeing Resort

We wouldn't return. The staff were unresponsive throughout our stay, and requests were ignored or left undone. Different employees gave us conflicting answers about whether facilities were operating, which made communication feel disorganized and frustrating. When we arrived, we found that most of the advertised amenities weren't available. The restaurants, spa, and swimming pool were closed, and the promised breakfast buffet wasn't there. What breakfast we did get was very poor for a wellness resort. Once, they served fries in the morning, which seemed completely out of place for a health-focused hotel.

The room was comfortable and the setting is beautiful. We stayed at Sianji in winter, and the sea views, surrounding nature, and peaceful atmosphere made a lovely impression. Still, the problems with food and service outweighed those positives for us. Breakfast didn't seem fresh, the cooking was poor, and there was a strong smell of bad oil that made us suspect the cooking oil was being reused. The kitchen and dining areas looked dirty and unhygienic. We brought up our concerns several times, but staff gave no clear answer or action, and often ignored our questions. The room was also too cold for winter, and the bathroom had no soap, shampoo, body wash, or other basic toiletries. We asked for them more than once and never received any. Communication was difficult too, since very few staff spoke English well enough to help with questions or resolve issues. For a resort welcoming international guests, that's a serious service gap. Sianji has lovely views, nature, rooms, and potential, but it needs to improve kitchen hygiene, breakfast freshness and quality, staff responsiveness, winter heating, basic bathroom amenities, and English communication. Without that, the experience falls well below what we'd expect from a premium wellness resort.

The food was a real highlight of my detox stay. At the detox restaurant, the meals and juices were delicious and creative. Yusuf and Engin remembered guests' food requirements, made meals feel personal, and were always around for a fun chat. They clearly cared about everyone's comfort and wellbeing. I came alone, but the warmth from the staff and other guests made the stay feel like a community. People here are kind and health-minded, and I made friends I expect to keep for life. The wellness team were wonderful, and the treatments were great. Thank you to Ceren for managing the team and looking after us with such care and a constant smile. The spa and massages were lovely too, especially thanks to Mümtaz, who also led our morning walks. Yoga with Dilek in the shala overlooking the ocean was magic ❤️ The rooms could do with an update. The beds weren't the most comfortable, and the bathrooms showed their age, though the views from the rooms were amazing. None of that took away from the heart of Sianji Wellness Bodrum or how restorative it felt. I left re-energised, connected, and grateful for the friends I'd made. My next stay at LifeCo sadly couldn't compare in care or atmosphere. Sianji Wellness Bodrum was one of the most uplifting experiences of my life. It felt like a place where I was seen and supported. If you're after warmth, authenticity, and a detox that nourishes body and soul, this special place stays with you.

The location was superb, and we had an excellent stay. The children and I really enjoyed our time here. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing break.
