Mavi Deniz Otel - All Inclusive

We ended up adding a few days to our stay because we were having such a good time. I was here with my family for two weeks from June 15, 2020, and my little daughter loved the evening animation time. The sea was so clear and calm that we spent most of our days in it. Food was tasty and different every day, and we often walked along the coast in the evenings. The hotel manager and his wife were very friendly, with a fun, committed team. They paid close attention to the guests and gave the place a family feel. We’d definitely return to this cosy family hotel.

The restaurant’s chef was wonderful, always smiling, polite, courteous and attentive, and the food was varied and high quality. Our room was spacious and really nice, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. It was cleaned every day and hygiene was impeccable. We stayed five nights at this family hotel, but communication with most staff was very difficult, sometimes impossible. Only the restaurant manager spoke English, thankfully. The hotel doesn’t seem to attract many foreign tourists, and we struggled to find our way around. Entertainment was in Turkish, so Google translation was essential. The hamam and spa were by reservation only, and the hotel Wi-Fi didn’t work. Even with those issues, I recommend it for the comfort, the pools with privacy, and the excellent food.

The women’s private pool was clean and good, and the rooms in block A were comfortable. The sea view from them wasn’t very clear, though. The beach and scenery are beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff work hard to provide good service. We mostly dealt with Mr. Ahmet, Mr. Adnan and Mr. Remzi because they spoke English. They were friendly and very helpful, and made our holiday much better. I’d say the same of the other employees. Clearly a good hotel for families.

We came back in June 2019 because Turunç is worth the drive, and this hotel still feels like home. The women’s pool music was still very loud, and the food still wasn’t anything special, but Turunç is paradise and we’ll definitely return again. On our first stay, the hotel’s location was perfect and our family was already planning another visit. The music from the women’s pool was painfully loud day and night, especially in that section of the hotel. I couldn’t enjoy the pool area or anywhere nearby. I understand that some people like music, but it drowned out the sea and cicadas completely. Thankfully, it couldn’t be heard from the beach. The best part of the location is being so close to nature and the sea.
