The third-floor balcony had an amazing view, though I'm not sure the second-floor rooms get the same one. The hotel's location is also a plus: it's not too far up the hill, and there's a grocery store and a few small restaurants nearby. The rooms look nice and are a decent size, with both air conditioning and heating. There wasn't a shelf in the shower, though, so I had to keep opening the door to get toiletries. We stayed three nights and never got housekeeping. We couldn't find a sign or button to request room cleaning, and the trash kept piling up. Breakfast is available, which is about the only positive thing I can say about it. The buffet had limited choices, no hot food, poor-quality salami, and only instant coffee. The staff can book tours and hot air balloon rides for a commission. We didn't use that service, but saw another customer argue with them. He said they'd sold him a balloon ride at a remote location without explaining the difference, then tried to charge him a cancellation fee of 25% (over 100 euros in his case) instead of 25 euros. For the price, the hotel is good enough.

We paid 239 euros for five nights in August 2023. Our first-floor room for two had a big bed, shower, TV, and air conditioning, and everything was in good shape with no mold or similar issues. The three-storey hotel is decorated with carpets and antique pieces. The staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast was a delicious traditional buffet, all you can eat, served on the spacious terrace. You can also use the open-air terrace for dinner. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel, which is a shame, but there's a very nice steakhouse next door. Göreme is a bit far, so it's a two-kilometre walk to watch the balloons. Üçhisar felt less crowded and, we thought, less hot.

The room was spacious and nicely designed, and breakfast was great too, with a dining room that has a good view. The hotel was easy to find, with parking right outside. The staff were so friendly and even helped carry our suitcases to the room. Strongly recommend!

It's on a main road, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre. This family-run place was very welcoming. Breakfast was decent, and there are plenty of nearby options for lunch and dinner. Worth staying here.

We found the rooms clean and modern, and breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. Great location too. We'd recommend staying here for the Cappadocia experience.
