We didn't stay at the hotel, but ate at its restaurant. The view was mesmerizing, the music was calming, and the food was delicious and high quality. We especially loved the patatas gozleme, humous, and winter tea. Probably the best dinner we had in Cappadocia.

That king suite view was amazing, and the room itself was lovely too. We also really liked the location, service, friendly staff, and breakfast. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

We were there for five nights, staying in the King Suite, and had an amazing time. The views of the balloons were breathtaking, and the hot tub was a lovely extra. We were lucky enough to see the balloons twice during our stay. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast. Everyone was kind and accommodating to us and our baby. Even with deep snow, staff helped carry our luggage to our car in town, where we'd parked by choice because of the snow. It felt like a really luxurious stay. We'd recommend it and hope to return in summer.

The people who work here are what really made the place for us. Sezer bey at reception checked us in, then helped us find an easier travel option. We'd booked a bus to and from Nevsehir, but he suggested leaving from Goreme instead and called the company to change the booking for us. I don't know how to thank him. He also suggested restaurants and tours, and everything he recommended was wonderful and great value. The restaurant manager was lovely too. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, maybe Mehmet bey? He was friendly and always put the customers first. The hotel itself felt like a dream, with a breathtaking view, beautiful rooms, and delicious breakfast. It exceeded every expectation, and we'll definitely come back to see our new found family. Just a note for anyone staying in the cave rooms: they don't have closets, so you might need to get creative with where you put your clothes. That's not a criticism and doesn't change how much I love the hotel.

The dining room and several balconies have fantastic views, and there are little shops, places to eat, and fruit stands close by. Breakfast was included, Turkish, and delicious. Our room was good, and the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive, and made our stay comfortable. We were very happy with our choice and had a great time as guests here.
