The view from Uchisar Castle at sunrise was incredible. We got up at 5 a.m. and walked over to see the balloons, and the castle was close by. Trigo hotel is also just a five minute walk from the main road, where dolmus mini busses go to nearby towns, and it's a short stroll to the town center. The setting is peaceful and quiet. Our host was so warm and welcoming, and the hotel was comfortable, in great condition, and super clean. The bedroom had plenty of furniture, a great mattress, and a reliably hot, strong shower. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful few nights here.

Mr Ferhat pays attention to the little things, and he's such a lovely hotel owner and manager. We booked three nights at the last minute, so got a first floor room. We could hear doors and voices in the hall, and sometimes a little cigarette smoke drifted in from outside. Even so, it was a fantastic visit and we'll stay again next time. The breakfasts were yummy. Thank you!

Ferhat is a friendly, welcoming host who was always ready to help. The hearty breakfasts were delicious, and the rooms were clean and nicely designed, with everything we needed: reliable hot water, a fridge, and a kettle. Trigo Hotel is a convenient base for Cappadocia's main attractions, all just a few kilometers away. I highly recommend staying here while exploring the region.

The owner was lovely, and when I slept through the hotel breakfast he even made me one personally. It's a great value, much cheaper than hotels in Goreme. Nights can get a little hot, but everything else was perfect.

Mr. Ferhat was quick to respond and helped us with everything. He also made us delicious omelets every day. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. I'd love to come back. Highly recommend!
