We chose this place because of the reviews, but aside from the room concept, it was a letdown. Breakfast felt like a child's portion, with just one egg for three people. We even tried to pay for another cup of tea, but they said there was none available. We never found the friendly staff mentioned in the reviews. They seemed inattentive and cold, to the point that we wondered if they'd given up on the hotel. It's fine if you only need somewhere to sleep for the night, but don't expect to feel at home. They don't make you feel that way.

We were in Cappadocia without a booking and were checking out small places to stay. We stopped by this one for coffee, but got cold treatment, barely any attention, and service that felt forced. They didn't bring water with the Turkish coffee. When we asked for hot water, it arrived despite the 42-degree weather. Then there was a ridiculous service charge on the bill. We couldn't even have chosen this hotel for our 12-day stay, and it's a shame they added a charge that wasn't deserved.

We enjoyed our return visit even more than the first time. This charming boutique hotel is a great, convenient choice for a weekend, with a very friendly and helpful team. Our room was clean and spacious, and we were pleased with the first stay as well. 👍🏻

It's in a nice location, and the cleanliness wasn't bad. But the owner and staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful. Breakfast was a real disappointment, an absolute disaster. It doesn't start until 10 am, and our table had no napkins, salt, or sugar. Fine if all you want is Turkish tea.

We had breakfast on the terrace, and both the taste and variety were very good. I was usually worried about cleanliness at hotels, but this place met my expectations. The staff were attentive and friendly as well. I won't be able to return, but I'd happily recommend it to anyone.
