Asena, the guest relations manager, sorted out a small room problem right away by moving us, which we really appreciated. Everyone was polite and nice, and the staff went out of their way to help with gluten-free food for my partner, who has coeliac disease. The buffet was good, and the location had a fantastic view. There’s lots inside the hotel too, including a hairdresser, spa and swimming pool, ski rental, restaurants, and games rooms. They also have live music in the evenings. We had a massage and Turkish bath in the sauna area. The masseuses were fantastic and so helpful. It was the best massage we’ve ever had at a hotel. The one frustrating part was the ski rental room. They pressured us about taking more lessons, which felt like an attempt to make more money, and didn’t tell us where to get ski passes until we booked another lesson. That information should be easier for future guests to find. Still, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The massage department was a highlight for me and my family during our three wonderful nights. We stayed at this beautiful, quiet hotel from December 31, 2023, and really enjoyed the New Year 2024 celebrations. The party was very, very wonderful and special. Hotel staff provided wonderful service that night and treated us with great class, as did the reception staff, who were always smiling. One employee helped us a lot and spoke fluent English. Thank you, wonderful people, for everything you gave us.

We had a family health emergency and asked to cancel the remaining day. The marketing supervisor said I needed approval from booking.com. I got it, and booking.com contacted the hotel about the refund, but the supervisor kept making excuses. She said she’d call the manager, then came back and rudely told me it was “impossible.” That service was really bad and the situation unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Bad weather kept us from skiing as planned, but my family and I still had two wonderful nights. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were so friendly that the time flew by. We’re eager to come back soon. Many thanks to everyone at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team and housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Mr. Ozkan deserves a special mention for his warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness. His help from arrival through departure made our stay memorable.
