Serin Otel

The bed and bathroom were clean, but there was far too much dust in parts of the room. It seemed like a proper deep clean hadn't been done in a long time and the rooms weren't being checked. The shower had poor pressure and a heating issue. The water would suddenly turn too hot or too cold. There was mold in the air conditioner, and when it first came on, a strong damp smell filled the room. I reported it, but they chose not to address it. The mini fridge also smelled damp and was very noisy. For such a high price, there's not much to justify it.

We've stayed in many hotels in Turkey, and Serin hotel is easily one of our top five. The staff are caring, helpful, understanding, and always smiling. They make everything feel easy, and their hospitality is A grade. The rooms are immaculate and clean, and the hotel is close to everything. After 14 days here, we're unfortunately checking out today. We'll definitely come back next year.

We spent two weeks here and had a great experience. It's not a fancy place, but the rooms are clean, and the friendly, welcoming staff are ready to help however they can. I highly recommend staying here.

Serin hotel was quiet enough for me to work remotely in peace, and it's perfectly located near lots of local spots and markets. The management is focused on keeping guests happy. Both the day and overnight staff were friendly and ready to help with our needs. Wi-Fi, breakfast, an in-room fridge, on-demand room service, AC, and TV were all very satisfactory. We've traveled all over and stayed in many places, from three to five stars and deluxe categories. After driving from Istanbul through Kutahya, Eskisehir, Afyon, and Izmir on our way to Cappadocia, I can say Serin hotel can compete with deluxe hotels and in some ways surpass them in integrity and guest satisfaction. We'd love to stay again on our next visit, and recommend it to everyone. It would be helpful to have an electric kettle in the room and an extra stand for toiletries in the bathroom.
