Mr.Gülkan made our stay easier with his service, and the food was a real plus. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served throughout the day, freshly cooked and warm. The view is lovely, and the hotel is next to the ski lifts. Our room was good, though the bathroom had a strange smell, and thin walls meant it was hard to sleep at night. The lobby cafe is very cozy, but I wish there were a fireplace. We still had a nice stay.

The food had variety and tasted good, and apart from the person handling the Wi-Fi calls, everyone was sweet. But for what we paid, it absolutely wasn’t worth it, and I probably won’t return. At first, my room didn’t get a Wi-Fi signal at all. I called six or seven times and was told they were working on it, but nothing changed. They then said someone would arrive in ten minutes, and nobody came. The rooms were so dark they felt like tunnels. The photo shows about as bright as mine got at night. The bed for two was barely big enough for one and a half, and the room layout was weird.

We were there from 25th Dec to 2th Dec. The location is great and the staff are very friendly. The buffet has good choices, and guests get free lobby snacks and tea at 5 pm each day, plus late-night soup, which was a lovely gesture. The rooms could use brighter lighting; the lights are quite dim.

The food was fresh and warm whenever we tried it, and it’s served throughout the day. Mr. Gülkan was kind and helpful during our stay. The room was comfortable, though the thin walls let noise through at night. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and ski lifts very close by. We had a pleasant stay.
