Ulukardesler Hotel

We went near the end of December with our daughters, who were 17 and 20, and had a great stay. Even those of us who didn't ski or snowboard enjoyed the beautiful setting. The hotel is right by the slopes, under a minute on foot, and it's about another minute's ski down to the lift, so it works especially well for beginners. Cafés and ski-hire shops are nearby. The hotel rents its own ski gear at a discount and helps guests get discounts on snowboard gear elsewhere. They also helped arrange skiing and snowboarding lessons, and the staff helped us get to our destination. They were welcoming and spoke enough English to make everything easy. For our daughter's 17th birthday, they baked a cake, put candles on it, and sang to her. We really enjoyed meeting them. Our room for four was spacious and warm, with mountain and slope views. In the evenings we liked sitting in the lounge before dinner, where there were board games and hot drinks. The food was good throughout. Full board includes four meals at different times of day, and tea and coffee are available all day, so we were well covered. We really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend it to people visiting Uludag.

The owners make you feel welcome. For snow activities, check the conditions before planning your trip. It may be worth calling the hotel directly to book, since you could get a better deal. Enjoy your stay.

Renting ski equipment was affordable, and getting to the ski area was easy. The food was amazing, made with high-quality ingredients, and there were gluten-free choices. Everything was clean. The location was just right, and the welcome and service were excellent from check-in through the meals. Breakfast, lunch, tea break, and dinner were all part of the experience. The restaurant service was excellent too.
