Parking was available, and breakfast was generous and varied. The hotel is lovely, close to the airport, with a friendly, cooperative management team and excellent service. My room had air conditioning rather than fans, which was useful during summer heat waves, even though the area itself is cool and beautiful. The mountain and nature views felt relaxing, and the aqua park was another great feature. I’d recommend staying here. The staff were kind and looked after my children just as if they were their own.

The location and natural surroundings make it worth staying here. The hotel was designed and built in the 90s, but only began operating last year, so a few things are still missing.

Our balcony looked out over green forest, and the air felt so fresh. Ulus town center is about a 5-10 minute walk away, with plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room, bathroom, toilet, and linens were all spotless, and breakfast was lovely, even the fruit was fresh. The gentleman at reception was very friendly. There was a pool nearby, but it was separate from the hotel and cost extra, which was a bit disappointing.

We travelled 500 km from Istanbul after booking on August 7th, only to be told the hotel pool wasn’t free. They said we should have checked with ETS and that it wasn’t their concern. We left the hotel at midnight. The reception staff were aggressive, acted like thugs, and insulted us as we were leaving. For what they charge, it’s too much. We’ll pursue this in court.

For a mid-range hotel, charging extra to use the pool feels wrong to me. They said it would be unfair to people who don’t use it and that they were protesting, which I found laughable. By that logic, guests who skip the pool should pay less.
