Ayazma Cave Hotel

Ruhan made my birthday stay unforgettable with a surprise cake, and he treated us like VIPs throughout. After our long trip, the staff even let us check in early so we could rest, which meant a lot. The kitchen staff and the rest of the team were warm, thoughtful, and lovely to deal with. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, but haven't had service this exceptional. Five stars don't seem like enough. Thank you all for such an incredible stay. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates genuine hospitality.

Ruhan, the guest attendant, went out of his way to help me find a bag in town before my flight to Istanbul. That was such a thoughtful thing to do. They even opened the kitchen after hours and cooked for us. From the moment we arrived, the team looked after everything we needed with warmth and professionalism. The hotel was clean, the food was good, and the hospitality was top notch. I'd stay here again without a doubt, highly recommend it!

Hussain and Ruhan at the front desk were always on their toes, helping with our wishes and making our Cappadocia itinerary meaningful and unforgettable. Yasmin and Ali made us feel at home and safe at every moment. They provided food and care without asking for extra payment or hesitation. The hotel is the best we've found after visiting Cappadocia many times. It was also great for hygiene, facilities, wifi, and food. We found it more comfortable than the best hotel in Istanbul we'd stayed at. Do stay here at least once if you want a memorable time in Cappadocia.

We were in town for the Cappadocia Ultra Trail Race, and Ayazma was really convenient. The start and finish, race centre, and expo were all a short walk away, so it was easy to get ready and come back to rest afterward. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Ruhan, Ali, Yasemin, and the cheerful, helpful staff took great care of us and handled everything we needed. We'd definitely recommend Ayazma :)
