Kayata Cave Suites

The king suite had a Hamum, and this was one of the most beautiful places we stayed in Türkiye. The staff were amazing, sorting out our bookings and sharing tips on good restaurants. They were attentive and helped with everything we needed. Thanks for a great visit!

A ginger cat we named Honey made our stay extra cozy, but the whole place was memorable. The terraces rise three and four levels and look out across Cappadocia, with Turkish carpets, cushions, low tables, and swings where you can sit and enjoy the view. Our cave room had a huge jacuzzi carved from stone, a bed and sofa built into the rock, and a traditional Turkish hammam. Every detail felt considered, blending an authentic feel with comfort. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and beautifully served. The staff were so warm and attentive that they seemed to know what we needed before we asked. The hotel was even more beautiful than the Booking and Google photos suggested. Great location and service. I’m sure this is the only hotel I’ll return to in Cappadocia.

Breakfast was a generous Turkish spread, with cooked eggs available too, and the views over the quaint village were lovely. We found the service almost over the top, in the best way, and always felt looked after. The reception was great, and our charming, comfortable room had one of the best hot tubs we’ve ever used. Kayata Cave Suites is in ürgup, around a 15-minute drive from the touristic hotspot of göreme. We had a great stay and would wholly recommend it. You won’t regret it.

The terrace view is stunning, whether you’re watching the sunrise or unwinding later in the day. Our cave room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were kind and kept checking that we were comfortable. Breakfast had fresh ingredients and lots of choices. Kayata Cave Suites made for a peaceful, unusual getaway, and I’d recommend it.
