Melis Cave Hotel is well placed for getting into the city and visiting nearby restaurants, while still feeling calm and relaxing. My cave-style room was comfortable and well cared for, with the necessary facilities, including heating and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. There is a pleasant garden and two pools, though it seemed only one was in use during my stay. Smoking isn't allowed in the rooms, which kept them clean and fresh. I had a very pleasant two-night stay and found it a good balance of comfort, location, and value. A great place in Cappadocia, highly recommended.

After scrambling around underground cities in a crouch, I really needed a proper swim to stretch out. I was staying at a nearby hotel on a group tour, and the kind people at reception let me use the pool, not just for one day but for two. There are two lovely pools, one medium-sized and one large. The grounds are spacious and beautifully landscaped, with atmospheric views of the cave-covered hills from the patios and gardens. The buildings are well cared for, and the rooms look gorgeous and boutique-style. A big thank you to the friendly, gracious reception team. Next time, I'll stay here!

Havva made our stay easy and enjoyable with her warm welcome and helpfulness. We had an amazing time at Melis Cave Hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful, peaceful garden and pool after exploring. The hotel has a cozy, authentic feel, and it's ideally located for seeing Cappadocia's magical sights. We highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting the region!

The pool was a great way to cool down in summer, and breakfast was amazing. For proper coffee, you can walk down the road into town. The place is very cool to stay at, and there’s a very helpful office about a five-minute walk away.
