They were kind enough to give us a full refund even though our booking couldn't be refunded. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was understanding and accommodating. That's excellent service. We'd happily book again on a future visit to Cappadocia.

The room and service were great. In winter, though, the shower temperature needs attention. Even turned up all the way, the water wasn't even lukewarm, so I skipped taking a bath.

The hotel is a long way from the city centre. Inside, the room was dirty and there was no wifi. The round bed was hard to sleep in because the corners were cut off, and both the sheets and duvet were round too. The mattress was split in half, so sleeping in the middle was uncomfortable. The shower had no raised edge or door, and water spread across the bathroom floor, soaking everything, including the toilet.

The cave feel was really cool, and the rooms were lovely and cozy. The staff were so friendly, upbeat, and always smiling. They were easy to talk to, and I really enjoyed my stay. I liked the staff even more.

We had a great four-night stay with my family at Sur Cave. The rooms were clean and decorated so nicely, which I loved. The staff were very kind and helpful, and breakfast was really good, with both Turkish specialties and Chinese food. Highly recommended!
