There’s a hint of Cappadocia’s lost charm from 20 years ago, with much better plumbing. The stone and cave rooms are spacious, simply decorated, and good value. Some have Turkish carpets. The owner and manager were generous and helpful, and the hotel sits on a lovely, postcard-like street, two minutes uphill from Ürgüp center.

There was no breakfast, and the toilet was in terrible shape. I also found bedbugs, and the room smelled strongly of mold. The odor made me feel sick. The location was very bad, and everything listed on the system was a lie. Don't even consider staying here.

For the price, this hotel is a good deal if you aren't looking for luxury. The room, TV, Wi-Fi, and shower were all adequate. Mehmet Bey was especially polite and respectful, good with children, funny, and helpful. He made check-in and check-out quick and easy, and pointed us toward the main attractions.

The rooms were very clean, and the tourist sights were close enough to reach on foot. We were welcomed with smiles and received excellent service. We'd recommend this place to everyone.
