What made leaving hardest was saying goodbye to Mr. Mustafa. His sincerity and attentiveness made for the most relaxing and enjoyable holiday I can remember. My girlfriend and I stayed at the beginning of June, right in the middle of the art street, with a sea view. The cool stone houses and clean, tastefully designed rooms were wonderful too. 🌸💐🌼

We've stayed at this hotel, Art Design Hotel, before and have always been happy with it. This time, Ms. Merve, the new manager, raised the bar so high I don't know how it could be better. From the original reservation to the very end, she took care of everything, including our room comfort and the warm bread at breakfast. She made us feel right at home. Thank you for making our weekend getaway unforgettable. 🙏

Ms. Merve was especially warm, friendly, and helpful, and we were pleased with everything. If you're visiting Urla for the first time, be sure to go to the place she recommends. We stayed in room number 4, which has a fireplace. The rooms have been stylishly renovated, with really tasteful accessories. The bathroom had enough bathrobes, plus hand and bath towels. Breakfast had everything we needed, from jam and fruit to simit and boyoz. The hotel is on a quiet but central street, and the market is a 6-7 minute walk away. We drove and had no trouble parking on the street in front of the hotel each day. Thanks to Ms. Merve, 8 Design, and the sweet cat Love, Urla will stay a very sweet memory for us.

I love how much detail there is in the decor. Just looking around feels peaceful and makes you happy. The rooms and bathrooms are simply but elegantly decorated, and give you that home-away-from-home feeling. This special boutique hotel in Urla is well worth recommending to people coming from outside Izmir or even from Izmir itself to explore the Vineyard and Gastronomy routes. You can also book the whole hotel for up to 8 people and hold a birthday or anniversary party there. It could make some unforgettable memories. @8designotelurla has reopened after a recent renovation. The building's owners, the lovely couple Yasemin & Levent Doğurga, also designed the interiors. It first opened seven years ago as the Art Design Hotel and operated under that name for many years. The hotel is one of Urla's newest, but also among its first boutique hotels. It has four rooms, a nice central seating area, a small back garden, a kitchen, and a pleasant garden bar. Spring and summer nights feel especially lovely there. Service is bed and breakfast, and Yasemin can put together dining, drinking, and sightseeing routes if guests ask. It's very central: walk uphill from Mudo, keep left, and you'll see it on the right corner.
