We stayed three nights last October while visiting friends. It's cheap and cheerful, with clean rooms and pleasant, helpful staff, though breakfast was basic. Public transport makes it handy for Urla and Izmir, and the beach and sea are 100 metres away. The air conditioning unit outside was noisy at night, so we switched rooms. The hotel itself was very clean, but management didn't seem to care that the beach area was dirty. I wouldn't pick it for a beach holiday, and I'd avoid the area beside the old Dementia hospital. Better for an overnight business stop or another journey in transit.

The attentive service was a bright spot: the woman looking after us checked in now and then to see if we needed anything, and communication was good. Still, hygiene was a serious letdown. At the table, there was hair on the bread at breakfast, which really affected our impression. Breakfast also had little variety. We stayed with my wife in the second half of December 2025 and paid 2,425 Turkish Lira, choosing the hotel because of its online ratings and reviews. The first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the bathroom and toilet weren't clean enough, and there were hairs on the bed. Something had spilled on the nightstand, with hair stuck to it. We told the receptionist, who came to inspect and showed us two other rooms. The first of those smelled strongly from the toilet, so we took the second, which was cleaner than the others. It was small, with a sloping ceiling and some very low sections. The air conditioning worked well, we had a balcony facing the wide street, and there wasn't a noise problem. Parking in front was useful. We were disappointed and felt the hotel didn't meet expectations because of the cleanliness issues, despite the staff's attentiveness.

The friendly team welcomed us, and the rooms were clean and comfortable to use. I had doubts about the location and hygiene beforehand, but both turned out well: the spot was perfect, with a sea view, and everything was very clean. It exceeded our expectations, and I'll choose it again on my next trip.
