Deniz Kizi Otel Urla

The staff made me feel at home from the minute I arrived. I’m here for 9 nights, and everyone has been so friendly that I never feel like a stranger. My room is very clean and has a sea view, and the women working here keep it tidy. The breakfast is really delicious, and the hotel’s beach is one of the best in Izmir, in my opinion. It’s easy to get out and about from here. A few minutes’ walk takes you to the yachts, busy restaurants, and cafes. The team have made sure I have everything I need for a great holiday in Urla. Thank you, DENİZ KIZI 🧜🏻‍♀️. I’ve loved being a guest here and hope everyone feels the same way.

The food was delicious, and the hotel reception staff were kind and helpful. The beach staff were the opposite, so I wouldn’t recommend spending time on the beach here. I didn’t stay overnight, just paid the entrance fee to use it for a day. When we arrived, they said we couldn’t pay for three sunbeds. We had to pay for four, or one of us would have to lie on the ground. A woman in the queue offered to join us, so there were four of us, but that idea came from her, not the staff. We weren’t allowed to pick our own beds either. The waiter told us to sit right by a speaker, where it was extremely loud. We asked to move farther away and were told the area we wanted was full, even though the sunbeds there were empty and we were standing right in front of them. The man insisted we were mistaken. After we asked twice more, we were allowed to sit where we wanted. Later, I asked if there was anywhere to charge my phone. It was just a question, but a beach staff member brusquely said no. At the hotel, the man at reception answered the same question kindly and was very helpful. The beach and hotel staff made for completely different experiences.

The staff and location were superb, and the breakfast was delicious. Hotel guests can also use the private beach for free. I’ll definitely stay here again.
