The rooms are new and clean, with a small fridge that has a freezer section and a very good Mitsubishi air conditioner. There’s a car park next to the hotel, which is in a quiet part of the Özbek village. Finding this kind of cleanliness in Turkey is genuinely difficult. It’s at the level I’m used to in boutique hotels in Switzerland. For breakfast, Özbek Keşkek House is 150 meters away. Their menemen and eggs with sausage are delicious, and everything is natural and fresh. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone.

We spent three days here over the holiday, three families together. The place combines an authentic feel with a modern touch, and the spotless rooms made us feel right at home. Mr. Ata welcomed us and looked after us so well, many thanks to him 🙏 In the village you can have keşkek, a traditional Turkish dish, for lunch, drink tea under the plane tree, or find somewhere for breakfast. It’s 15 minutes by car from Urla center and 5 minutes from Akkum beach. If you want a boutique hotel with home comforts, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Don’t miss it!
