The staff, Can and Cana, were warm, polite, and so kind, always happy to help with a smile. That homelike atmosphere really made my stay at Lutahotel special. The food was delicious, and the location made it easy to explore Urla, with the city center close by. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We came for my son's first visit to IZTECH (IYTE) and stayed for two nights, September 8-9, 2025. Even though I'm sharing this thank-you late, we left very satisfied. The hotel felt peaceful and charming, the rooms were spotless, and their care for guest satisfaction was clear. Thanks for everything. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone staying in Urla.

Can and his family made our two-day Urla trip feel like home with their warm welcome and attentive service. They also shared helpful information and guidance about Urla beyond the hotel itself, which made the stay especially enjoyable. If we come back to Urla, we'll choose Luta again.

Can Bey and Bahar Hanım made us feel completely at home. The rooms were spotless, the location was fantastic, and breakfast was lovely. Wonderful owners, too. What else do you need from a hotel? Thanks for everything ❤️ 🥰
