Surla Hotel

The place had only been open for a few weeks when we visited, and we did run into a small problem. The staff put in a lot of effort to sort it out, and their care mattered more than the issue itself. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The bay in front of the hotel has, to me, the best sea in Urla, and being able to get to it right outside was a real comfort. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, with generous, clean rooms and lovely sea views. Breakfast in the garden gives you a real taste of the Aegean air and leaves you feeling refreshed. Mr. Emrah and the rest of the friendly team make the place feel like a family home, and the service is top-notch. A wonderful place to relax. I’d definitely recommend it.

My two children loved spending time in the garden and swimming in the clear little cove right in front of the hotel. The location, fresh air, and nature were all lovely, and we were happy with the facilities and breakfast too. Ms. Firdevs, the hotel manager, was so pleasant to talk with and always ready to help. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we lost track of time. The whole staff is dedicated and helpful. It’s a warm, friendly, trustworthy boutique hotel, and Surla Hotel is where my family and I plan to return each year.
