Urla My Rooms

Mr. Mertcan made us feel right at home. He was available around the clock with helpful guidance, and he did a great job looking after us. When we arrived at 3 a.m., he was waiting at the front desk, got us checked in quickly because we were tired, and even suggested we pay later so we could rest first. That was a lovely gesture. The rooms were exceptionally clean, from the bathroom and bed to the pillows and sheets, and everything smelled fresh. I’ve stayed in five-star hotels that weren’t this clean beyond the surface. The rooms had what we needed, including a flat-screen TV and hairdryer, and the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, and the cleaning service was great. We booked two double bedrooms for a family holiday with our two adult kids. After we asked for rooms side by side, the hotel replied right away and confirmed that request. We also let them know we’d be arriving late, and they gave us a number to call so we could get our keys, since we knew the small hotel wouldn’t have a 24-hour front desk. It all worked smoothly. We were taking a chance on a no-brand hotel, since I travel a lot for work and usually know what to expect from the big chains. To me, accommodation makes or breaks a holiday, and I always look for value for money. My Rooms in Urla was a great choice. There’s no breakfast, but that wasn’t a problem in a neighborhood full of great food options. Thank you, My Rooms and Mr Mertcan!
