İTİL Palas

For the price compared with what you get, I think this is the best hotel in Usak.

We stayed for two nights at a reasonable price, and I didn't run into anything unpleasant. It was quiet, with no noise, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is very close to the centre, so you can walk around the market. It felt like a place where you could stay with your family without worry.

The staff were friendly and the market is close by, but the room needed far more attention and cleaning. In our triple room, the toilet was dirty, nobody had dusted, the walls were stained, and little dead flies were stuck to the ceiling. The room smelled dusty and didn't feel hygienic at all. We stayed one night, and I wouldn't want to stay longer. Breakfast had limited choice, though it was fair for the price. We weren't told there was a new-style tavern upstairs at night. The noise was loud, but it didn't bother us too much.

The staff were attentive and friendly, and we liked our stay at İtil Palas. It was right in the centre and our room was clean. We'd choose it again.
