It was okay overall, and not as bad as some reviews make it sound. The room felt stuffy and there were insects, though. I’m unsure whether staying a night just for the central location is worthwhile, and I can’t say I’d recommend it.

For 70 TL, it’s a basic place to sleep, with no breakfast. It was clean and had hot water, plus a refrigerator, and I was given a key and left to come and go as I pleased. Nobody checked in afterward. I couldn’t get the TV to work, but they probably would’ve helped if I’d asked. Checkout is at 11:00. The room had no carpet, which bothered me most. I’d call it a clean, nice, cheap place that does the job, though the reviews I booked from made it sound more attentive than it was.

The central market location and very low price were the main positives when we stayed one night on July 30, 2022, on the way from Ankara to Kuşadası. The rooms were extremely hot, with no air conditioning or balconies, and they weren’t clean. I remember grease marks above the counter, a faulty toilet, and a broken curtain rail with the curtains down. It felt more like a student house than an apartment, so I suspect students may rent it for long periods over winter. Keep expectations low, and it isn’t suitable for families.

You may feel at home here, but the place is neglected and housekeeping is poor. Rooms vary a lot, toiletries aren’t supplied individually, and hygiene seems to be overlooked.
