I slept well in the quiet room, which was very clean and had the basics I needed for a short business stay. The reception team were especially helpful at check-in, and the staff were helpful overall. Markets and restaurants are close by, and the price feels fair for what you get. I'd happily stay here again.

It's a reassuring place to stay with family. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful with service. We did have trouble with the hot water, which apparently takes a long time to come through. You can reach it by car, though it's a little outside the city...

We were there for about 7 days, and not once did we get hot water 😅😅. They kept pleading with us and saying they'd turn it on, but it never happened. We'd wait 5 minutes, then 10, practically praying for hot water, and still couldn't get any for the whole week. We also never had breakfast. On Monday, when we went to the cafeteria because we were running late, they told us, "You're a Sunday customer, you don't get breakfast." That was our last day anyway. We told them, "That's too much, you can't stay here anymore!" 🤣🤣 At 900 TL, it really isn't cheap. Pay 100 TL more and stay somewhere else, where you won't have to worry about hot water or breakfast. The staff were so grumpy and looked at us like we were enemies instead of customers. The only kind, polite people were the cleaning ladies. Our room was awful too, dirty and smelling of cigarette smoke. Stay away.

I've been coming here for about two years, and for the price, it's the best hotel you can stay at in Uşak. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone passing through.
