Crystall Hotel

After a long, exhausting trip from Tehran, the four of us arrived at Crystall Hotel in Van drained both mentally and physically. With the conflict between Iran and Israel escalating, we’d had to leave Iran quickly and travel to Turkey amid a lot of stress and uncertainty. The hotel gave us a calm, safe place to recover. The rooms were cozy, the beds incredibly comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean and well kept. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, generous, and had lots of choices. The staff’s kindness and patience meant the most to us. They helped with everything we needed, from local guidance to practical arrangements, always smiling and showing real care. Their hospitality made us feel welcome and brought us comfort in a foreign country. We’re grateful we found such a warm, peaceful place during a difficult time. Crystall Hotel became a safe harbor on our journey. I highly recommend it to travelers passing through Van.

There were three of us women traveling to van, and the staff were the best part of our stay. They were friendly, especially helpful, and honest. The room was very clean, and breakfast was lovely and luxurious. Crystal has such nice, friendly staff. Thanks to all of them. I’ll come back and recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Van.

My friend and I had a lovely stay in this quiet place. The rooms were clean, the staff welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was good. There was a tiny park right outside our window. It’s in central Van, so getting to the shopping centers is easy.

The room was warm and cozy even though I visited during the cold months, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel had apparently opened about nine months earlier, according to an employee, and almost everything looked brand new. It’s gorgeous and good value for the money. The breakfast buffet isn’t huge, but there’s enough food that everyone can find something and won’t go hungry. There were different kinds of cheese, tea, and lovely staff. I felt at home. Well done to the owner.
