Dedeman Van Resort Hotel&aquapark

The food was delicious, with a good selection, and it was always fresh and well prepared. Both the rooms and common areas were spotless. During my summer stay at the Dedeman Hotel in Van, the service impressed me, especially at the front desk. The receptionists were professional, welcoming, and helpful the whole time. I was very impressed by the hospitality and service quality, and would recommend Dedeman Hotel to anyone visiting Van.

I spent five days there. The location was very good, and the staff were polite, but service was poor. Breakfast was ordinary and didn’t offer much variety. The hotel, especially the rooms, needs renovation.

We were two Americans driving around Eastern Turkey when my friend and I ended up at Dedeman Van Resort. Everyone made us feel welcome. We stayed in two bungalows by the water, where the views and sunsets from bed were delightful. The grounds and buildings were nice, and the food, especially the lamb and eggplant, was excellent. Breakfast was very good too.

The staff were incredibly kind, lovely, and polite, and the food was fantastic for a good price. The setting was wonderful, with an amazing location and a really nice view of Van's lake. For me, this is easily the best hotel in the VAN and Edremit. There’s plenty more to say, but it’s worth experiencing even for one night. Thanks a million for the beautiful memories you made for us.
