The lake view is magnificent, and the location is great for the airport and lake, though a bit far from the center. Staff are very polite, and the rooms are quiet, large, and clean. Breakfast is very good; the restaurant could do better for lunch and dinner.

The lake view was stunning, and the design had a stylish, modern minimalist feel. Everything was very clean. Whenever we had an issue, the staff were supportive and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The manager's help with our bank card issue meant a great deal to us, and we'll never forget that kindness. Throughout our stay, the whole team treated us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Their hospitality made the stay comfortable and truly memorable. We're deeply grateful for everything and will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family. Wishing the team all the best and continued success.

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the great lake view and the friendly crew and nice service.

I can't think of much to praise here, though thanks for hosting us for one night. The morning receptionist was a fine, kind girl, but the night receptionist was rude and indifferent, and really bad at his job. It's shocking how opposite two people in the same position could be. The hotel was about half empty, yet reception wouldn't give us a lake view room. Breakfast wasn't included. The rooms felt very tight for a small city like Van, where land is cheap, and the location is far from everything. Parking is basically along the main road. I'm not sure what to make of the reviews, whether they're written by bots or villagers.
