The suite was spacious, and breakfast was good. Staff were kind, too. The location is handy, roughly central in Van, close to Van AVM and lots of shopping. But the suite wasn't clean, and we stayed three nights without the room being cleaned once.

The staff were very rude and wouldn't tolerate any negative comments about themselves. They didn't even change the sheets. After I checked out, they wouldn't let me visit my friend in her room as a guest. There were plenty of other bad points too. It was a terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The suites are fairly spacious and clean, but breakfast wasn't good in either quality or cleanliness. Staff seemed indifferent and unfriendly. Repairs inside the building made a lot of noise, which was annoying.

For this city, it's one of the better two-star hotels. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. It's an apart hotel with kitchen facilities and two rooms, but a series of improvements are still needed.

The location made getting to the mall and main streets easy. The staff were great, and the suits were neat and clean.
