Kıyıköy Otel Zirve

We found the rooms cleaner than expected, so we didn't even use our own covers on the bed and pillows, as we often do elsewhere. Though it's listed as a guesthouse, the rooms feel more like an apart-hotel, and it's a great choice for families. You can use the outdoor barbecues and tables for a meal. Mr. Gündüz was kind and helpful, and the prices are very reasonable. The camping areas downstairs start at 500 TL per person per day. The rooms have a fantastic view, and we'd stay here again. I recommend it.

We always stay here when my wife, family, or friends and I visit Kıyıköy, and after all these years it feels like our second home there. It's close to the center and has a fantastic view. The rooms are spotless and have what you need, including a refrigerator, TV, stove, dishes, and air conditioning. Prices are reasonable, and Mr. Gündüz is friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend it.
